Cotton Rohrscheib

I've been an entrepreneur my entire life and have been blessed to have been associated with hundreds of startups and projects throughout my career. A few years ago I started offloading many of my business interests to spend more time w/ my family and retool my focus toward the agricultural industry, ultimately I landed at Farmers Business Network, Inc. w/ a great team of people w/ shared mission / vision and the rest is history! I still operate my personal website & blog occasionally on topics of interest to me including; parenting, agriculture, technology, and whatever else comes my direction! My blog, cotton.buzz, is the product of over 20yrs worth of content, photos, podcasts, videos, etc., and all of the content I produce is mine personally, and only represent my views and/or opinions on topics and do not represent any of the businesses or associations I'm affiliated with.

I’m Speaking at Wordcamp Fayetteville

June 5, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

I’ve said it a thousand times, Wordcamp Fayetteville is probably my favorite tech-event of the year! It’s been a blast watching this event grow each year to attract one of the largest tech event crowds in the state. I’m honored to be speaking again this year on a topic / product that I think many […]

Back from Vacation 2013 (Panama City)

June 5, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

As I mentioned the other day, my parents had been planning our vacation this year for over a year now, well… pretty much when Spencer came into our lives. I have to admit, I probably had more fun last week than I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t get to do any fishing this […]

Tiny Toes in the Sand…

May 22, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

So when I was a kid we never really went to the beach, we always would go to our family place in Heber Springs for a week, possibly trek our way up to either Dogpatch or Silver Dollar City for a day or two and that was our vacation. Wasn’t ever a big deal for […]

Ask Me About Pleth Agency of Record / Client Retainer Relationships…

May 22, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

Have you ever thought about how cool it would be to have an in-house marketing team that you could bounce ideas off of? Not only that, but what if this team also brought you ideas for marketing your business, not just the same old ideas, but ideas that come from a fresh perspective outside your […]

Prayers for Moore, Oklahoma

May 21, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

It’s hard to imagine anything worse than Joplin or Tuscaloosa, but I think it’s safe to say that Moore, Oklahoma will now be the deadliest tornado on record, the death toll this morning is reported to be at 91 (many of those are children). It’s safe to say that that number is fluid at this […]

Jigoshop Product Addons Extension -vs- Native Jigoshop Product Variables / Attributes

May 13, 2013 by Cotton Rohrscheib 1 Comment

Instead of using the native Jigoshop attribute functionality that’s built into Jigoshop (that sometimes gives customers problems until they understand it’s functionality), I’ve been using an alternative extension as an add-on to Jigoshop called Product Addons. The Product Add-Ons extension allows you to add additional data fields to your individual product pages. That means you […]
