Cotton Rohrscheib

I've been an entrepreneur my entire life and have been blessed to have been associated with hundreds of startups and projects throughout my career. A few years ago I started offloading many of my business interests to spend more time w/ my family and retool my focus toward the agricultural industry, ultimately I landed at Farmers Business Network, Inc. w/ a great team of people w/ shared mission / vision and the rest is history! I still operate my personal website & blog occasionally on topics of interest to me including; parenting, agriculture, technology, and whatever else comes my direction! My blog, cotton.buzz, is the product of over 20yrs worth of content, photos, podcasts, videos, etc., and all of the content I produce is mine personally, and only represent my views and/or opinions on topics and do not represent any of the businesses or associations I'm affiliated with.

I was reading an article this morning that made me realize that we are indeed living in strange times.  Twitter, a social networking / microblogging service that has struggled throughout to scale their application to meet it’s growing popularity, and who has no clear cut plan as to how they are going to even make […]

Ministry Website Solutions

February 2, 2009 by Cotton Rohrscheib 1 Comment

I am in the process of writing some content for our website that details a solution that I have been working on for the better part of the last year, Ministry or Church Website Solutions.  A lot of people get the impression that our company only works with Business Clients, but that’s not entirely true.  […]

I am on the board of advisors for Mailtrust, which is a division of Rackspace (RAX).  Mailtrust is probably one of my favorite SAAS solutions on the market today.  My partners and I partnered with Mailtrust years ago before they were actually called Mailtrust, or even before Rackspace acquired their company.  Our premium email solution […]

Central Arkansas Refresh Group

January 30, 2009 by Cotton Rohrscheib 1 Comment

This is just a follow up post to two earlier posts (here and here) that I made earlier this month regarding the possible formation of a Refresh style group that would be open to Developers, Designers, Bloggers, and anyone else who makes their living from the web. This group idea is still in it’s early […]

Facebook Advertising w/ Tim Kendall

January 30, 2009 by Cotton Rohrscheib 1 Comment

One of the things that make Jeremy Schoemaker stand out from the rest of the “how to make mo money” folks out there is that Jeremy actually makes money!  He has done quite well over the years w/ his business and has earned my respect, which is not easy to do these days.  My business […]
