I’m sitting here eating lunch and thinking about how quickly this day has snuck up on us, we meet his kindergarten teacher tonight and he begins his educational journey. I hope he takes it seriously and acquires an appetite for learning. He has a blank slate right now, it won’t be much longer —and that’s […]
Manageable Email Volume w/ Unroll.me
There’s an old saying that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, well that’s probably true in some regards –but I haven’t quite hit that point in my life yet where I can’t still improve upon or become more efficient in things that I do daily. Well, chalk this up to being more efficient. […]
Video: The Strangest Secret – Earl Nightingale
My team and I have been doing some professional development training recently and we’ve had some really cool curriculum. I wouldn’t say that I’ve learned anything that I haven’t heard before, but I think I’m able to absorb a lot of the information better now for some reason. This video is an archive of an […]

It’s been a pretty crazy month so far for our FBN crew in the mid-south, we’ve kicked off our summer clinics and grain marketing seminars across the country and many of us have been running the highways much more than usual in preparation for this launch. Altogether, we will have approximately 177 of these meetings […]

The truck was traveling along Highway 40 with its trailer completely raised when it smashed into a pedestrian bridge. The contents of the trailer were scattered all over the road, and pieces of the trailer became embedded in the bridge. The highway […]
Excited About Tandem Diabetes! #shareholder
I invested in Tandem Diabetes a while back, they had just caught my attention (type 2 diabetic at age 40 that will likely be type 1 in the next few years) because they had this really sleek touchscreen interface that just seemed to fit right alongside all of the other sparkly gadgets (iPhones, iPads, Kindle, […]
Lots to be thankful for…
Have you ever had 100 things going on at once and then finally you get everything finished and then you take a deep breath? Well, that’s where I am today. Two weeks ago this past Saturday we received the phone call we’d been waiting on for 3 years, we had a kidney! Donna and I […]
