Side-Notched Scraper/Point

$35.00

Identification: Likely a Big Sandy or Graham Cave variant that has been heavily reworked. The deep notches at the base are characteristic of the Early to Middle Archaic period. Description: A translucent white quartz specimen featuring distinct side notches and a flat base. Its asymmetrical shape suggests it may have been repurposed as a handheld scraper or cutting tool after the tip was exhausted.

Category: Individual Pieces Tags: scraper/point, side-notched
