I ran across this motivational meme the other day and thought it was really good information. In fact, I printed it out and put it on my personal corner of my office whiteboard so I could reflect upon it a couple of times a day.
- Regret will haunt you more than failure.
- You are always responsible for your emotional reactions
- Don’t feed your problems with thoughts, starve them with action
- Your life will be defined by your ability to handle uncertainty
- To have a healthier mind you need a good diet.
- Your “best life” won’t seek validation, but insecurity will.
