A matching vintage 4-piece lot of legacy 30-pin SIMM (Single In-line Memory Module) RAM sticks, offering a total capacity of 4MB (1MB per module). Manufactured in Japan using premium original Toshiba logic chips (TC511000AJ-70), these are Fast Page Mode (FPM) non-ECC, unbuffered memory modules operating at 70 nanoseconds (70ns).Featuring gold-plated contact fingers and a high-density 9-chip design layout per stick, these legendary modules are highly sought after by retro-computing purists restoring early x86 hardware. They are the ideal, period-correct memory expansion for retro systems running Intel 286, 386, or early 486 processors, as well as vintage Apple Macintosh computers and classic musical samplers from the late 1980s and early 1990s.
