A premium matching 4-piece legacy lot of high-density 30-pin SIMM (Single In-line Memory Module) RAM modules, providing a total capacity of 16MB (4MB per stick). Built in Japan featuring original premium Toshiba logic chips (TC514100ASJ-70), these are Fast Page Mode (FPM) non-ECC memory modules with integrated parity operating at a fast 70 nanoseconds (70ns).While lower-capacity 256KB and 1MB modules are more common, these high-density 4MB sticks represent the upper tier of the 30-pin form factor. They are highly sought after by retro-computing purists to max out the hardware specs of vintage high-end Intel 386DX, classic 486 systems, early Apple Macintosh computers (such as the Mac LC, SE/30, or II series), and legendary audio samplers from the early 1990s.
