Native American Artifacts

All Native American artifacts offered for sale here were legally discovered as surface finds (found entirely on top of the ground) on privately owned property. We strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the collection and sale of antiquities.

The Archaeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA): Because these items were recovered entirely from private land with the explicit consent of the landowner, they are not subject to federal restrictions regarding public or tribal lands. Surface Collecting: No excavation, digging, or disruption of the earth was conducted to acquire these pieces. Respect for Sacred Sites: No artifacts listed were recovered from known burial grounds, mounds, or sacred sites. As the legal owner of these surface-found artifacts, have the unrestricted right to possess, transfer, and resell these items to private collectors.
