I get cracked up every time I see this video. I am a huge fan of David Letterman, and have been since high school. Apparently Joaquin was under the influence of something while he was on the show and no one else I know of could have played this out any better than what Letterman did. When he asks him about his time with the Unabomber I almost lost it.
Having watched this video a few times I caught something that a lot of people have missed, at around 1:22 in the video if you watch closely you can tell that Dave asks him under his breath if he is okay, so I am not too inclined to believe the rumors floating around on TMZ that this whole thing was a work, I might be wrong but if it was it was a good one. Also, keep an eye on where Joaquin puts his gum.
