I am not for sure what city this is, but you have to know that the people in attendance were rolling on the floor when this city council member decided that he couldn’t hold it in any longer and ripped not one but two during a city council budget hearing. It was so funny that the other council members joined in laughing at him and they had to go to a short recess so that everyone could gain their composure.
