It’s okay to laugh about this now I guess, a few years back a Congressman from Ohio was being investigated for Ethics violations and eventually kicked out of congress.  His hearings were always extremely hilarious because he was so unpredictable and often times way off topic.  Here’s a compilation of his hijinx from YouTube:
