This past week I had the privilege of spending the entire week with the vast majority of our team at Farmers Business Network. It was really nice to meet everyone in person that I hadn’t already met during my previous trips to Silicon Valley and Sioux Falls. To be perfectly honest, I’m the worlds worst at putting names with faces, but I think I have everyone in my head now. Of course, at the rate that we are growing, the next time we are all together again we will probably have 100 new people…
In all seriousness, I think we are probably the fastest growing agriculture / technology startup these days. In just 18 short months I think we have well over 130 employees, and growing everyday! In fact, we are in the process of posting some new job openings online, if you are interested, don’t hesitate to post your resume, click here…
Probably the highlight of the week had to do with our new fall programs that I will be announcing in the very near future. We have some amazing deals for farmers on farm chemicals, financing, etc. If you are interested in learning more, don’t hesitate to drop me a note.
Also, our upcoming event in December that is hosted in Omaha, Nebraska this year is really starting to take shape. As I’ve mentioned on Facebook several times, we have AOL founder, Steve Case, as one of our speakers, and will be announcing a HUGE name in the coming days, so you will want to get your tickets as soon as possible before they are gone! In closing, I just wanted to let all of my farmer friends know that I’m pretty much the only FBN guy south of the Mason Dixon line right now, but that I’ll be following up with a lot of you guys in the coming weeks and days to discuss how FBN can help you make your operation more powerful.
Thanks,
