In some ways it seems like an eternity has passed and in some ways it only seems like yesterday, but on April 27, 2014, mother nature dealt our community a serious blow that many are still trying to recover from. I, for one, won’t ever forget that evening. For me, it was further reinforcement that God has a plan for me in this world and that the sooner I get focused on that purpose and stop pursuing “hobbies” the better off I would be (so I’ve hopefully made some great strides in that direction).
I’ve already had a lot of requests to see the “infamous video”, so here’s the edited version again. Please keep in mind that it’s licensed for use by Junkin Media and proceeds go to the Arkansas Dream Center. This seemed like the least we could do, none of us ever wanted to profit from that horrific experience.
One thing is for sure, there might be future storms –but nothing will defeat the spirit of our community and the entire state of Arkansas! #arkanstrong
