As some of you might already be aware, we recently launched our new cloud environment to make room for our new clients coming over via recent acquisition by Rohrscheib Capital. This new infrastructure was much needed and will enable us to provide more products and services as well as adding more reliability and performance to our existing network & hosting clients.
If this upgrade has affected you and your email settings are no longer working, we recommend trying the following settings in your mail client software:
Non-SSL Settings
- Username: [email protected]
- Password: your email account password
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourwebsite.com
- IMAP Port: 143
- POP2 Port: 110
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourwebsite.com
- SMTP Port: 26
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
