I’ve spoken to a lot of growers that typically have their crop protection and seed booked by this time of year and I’ve been surprised by how many of them are just now starting to finalize their crop plans for the year. Typically the earlier you lock down your crop inputs the more you can save but that’s hard to do if you are unsure what your planting this season… and that’s the boat that a lot of my growers have found themselves in this season.
Fortunately, we still have some great opportunities for you at FBN, but they are expiring soon so don’t hesitate! There’s also still time to lock in 0% financing and take advantage of discounted prices as well on a lot of your chemicals this season.
If you’ve never done business w/ FBN before, there’s never been a better time to give us an opportunity! We have some awesome “new customer programs” in place that you do not want to miss, but again… please hurry –these will expire soon!
Available Financing Options
If you’re looking for financing to pay for inputs, you often need to reach out to a local bank to begin the process of applying for funding. In that scenario, your purchase has now expanded to involve three parties — you, the ag retailer, and your bank or other financial institution — quickly increasing the level of complication and communication needed to complete what should be a simple transaction. Simplify your funding process by paying for inputs with input financing or an operating line from FBN Finance. With operating lines of up to $5 million and 0% financing options with transparent terms, zero application fees and a simple and secure online application that can be completed in minutes, financing solutions from FBN Finance help you get more time back to focus on running your operation. Current Programs & Specials
We have two great opportunities for new customers to save money on their crop inputs this month. There’s never been a better time to give Farmers Business Network an opportunity to help you reduce your input costs and increase your profitability right now!
0% Financing, Get Started Today: With interest rates continuing to rise many growers that I work with have taken advantage of our 0% financing. Qualified growers can.get 0% Interest Financing on inputs for 30 days from their first FBN Directpurchase, now through August 31, 2023. Click here to explore our financing options, or jump directly to our online application forms for input financing or operating line
$1000 Discount for New Customers: Most growers that I have worked with over the years have told me that they would much rather receive discounts on the front end of their input purchases as opposed to waiting until the end of the season to receive payments from complex rebate programs. For this reason we’ve tried to keep things as simple as possible. Our latest program for First-time FBN Direct customers who spend $20,000 or more will get $1,000 off their order automatically at checkout.

2023 Ag Chem Price Transparency Report
Since our inception, Farmers Business Network®(FBN) has been obsessed with providing Price Transparency to you and our over 50,000 farmers. In the past 2 years, Ag Chem prices have skyrocketed, but in recent months they have begun to decline. However, Ag Retailers are slow to drop prices, and you may not be seeing as much savings as you should!
FBN will be releasing our 2023 Ag Chem Price Transparency report in March 2023, which will show how much variation there is across a wide array of farm chemical products. This report is based on FBNMember contributed invoice data. We aggregate, anonymize, and return the results to you to see how fair your chemical prices are. This year, for those farmers who contribute invoices, our report will include a detailed and local analysis for your operation. This will allow you to see specifically how your prices compare to other farmers in your region and whether your retailer is giving you the best pricing!
Please take a few minutes to submit any Chemical Invoices you have. To submit the data, you can reply to this email with a picture of your invoice, or an electronic invoice file (PDF). You can also directly email here, or upload through the FBN app. Thank you for your valued contribution.

Buying or Selling Farm Land?
In a recent poll, we asked FBN members if they’re planning to buy farm land in the next year. 38% of farmers said they are looking to buy in the next year with only 2% looking to sell. High prices and higher interest rates were key factors for farmers who weren’t looking to buy. Are you looking to purchase land? Our dedicated team is here to help guide you through the process. Get started by checking out thelatest rates or by using our free land loan calculatorto understand potential loan payments. ..see poll results here
