Deliver Hope Resource Center Opens!

December 17, 2015 by Cotton Rohrscheib Leave a Comment

downloadToday we are having an open house & ribbon cutting for a project I’ve been involved with for the past year or so called Deliver Hope. If you are in Conway and have a few minutes, please stop by and let us show you around our new facility and tell you about some of the work we do for at risk youth in our area. This project is near and dear to my heart because I know firsthand how easy it is for a kid to get off the tracks sometimes. Unfortunately, in today’s world there is a shortage of people to help these kids find their way back –and that’s where we come in. If you stop by today we will even feed you! I think everything gets started around 10am.

Below is a collection of photos from the Ribbon Cutting at the newly renovated Deliver Hope Resource Center in Faulkner County (located across the street from the Faulkner County Detention Center). We are so proud to be connected to this wonderful organization, and thanks to everyone that was able to attend today!

If anyone is looking for a good organization to support financially before the end of the tax year I would ask that you please consider Deliver Hope. We are located right across from the Faulkner County Juvenile Detention Center and we offer programs to assist at risk youth get back on track. We have a computer lab already open and have plans to teach photoshop, html, and other courses in the near future. We also have plans to do cooking classes, etc. Unfortunately many kids don’t have anyone to point them in the right direction these days, that’s the void we hope to fill. To learn about supporting our organization, http://www.deliver-hope.org/give/
